jdeveloper error : invalid utf8 encoding

Generating Webservice java code based on a WDSL gives problems in Jdeveloper

Error "jdeveloper error : invalid utf8 encoding"


Solution:
1. Open Tools | Preferences.
2. In the Environment panel change the Encoding field to UTF-8.
3. Click OK.

Now create a new project and your application.
